If the bike was assembled incorrectly like you say and the assembly was not done by myself (THE BIKE WAS DELIVERED PRE-ASSEMBLED) why am I the one that is accused of breaking the bike and therefore not entitled to a refund? Sorry but this makes no sense at all. Can you please explain?
You also haven't commented on your investigation with DHL and potential damage during delivery as I suggested multiple time. Could you please advise?

No you have not answered (I have received no response emails) to the two below queries. Please stop telling lies to make yourself look like a trusted company:
1. You accused me of breaking the bike during assembly. I replied saying that the bike arrived pre-assembled. If this was damaged during assembly, it must have been damaged by your technicians or as I believe it is true during delivery by DHL.
2. You responded to my Trustpilot review and stated that the case is being investigated with DHL. I have received no information about the outcome.

I have received no updates regarding your logged claim with DHL. I am also surprised that Trustpilot is the only form of communication with Deporvillage. Please could you provide an update on my bike refund? The damaged bike has been standing in my living room for a month now and I am still unable to cycle to work.

TERRIBLE customer service! They oversell items, then weeks later they delay your shipment when they finally get around to it because items are out of stock. Then they take weeks to respond and can't follow simple instructions to substitute something else

dot fr that charging me 25.99 euro every 20 days, it was happened when i order in Deporvillage. Its a phishing site after i sent my order a message pops up from deporvillage and they asked my card details telling me that i have 25 euro cashback....

Six weeks and no goods with poor customer service

Five weeks and still no sign of the goods when I spoke to the carriers they said it was still in Spain.! Company are eluding responsibility and despite emails I keep getting the stock reply they are looking into it...Poor ineffectual response. Will now have to go to credit card company to retrieve loss. People think twice. or be prepared to lose your money.
Now six weeks and also five days since you replied to this stating you would contact me! Correct me if If I'm wrong but you are Customer Services! or is that " issue Customer with a generic stock answer and ignore them service".I deeply regret using your company

Avoid unless you want to lose your money

Update:
Highlighting my earlier comments, I also received the standard cut and paste response from Deporvillage saying they would be in touch but of course, they haven't. Glorified thieves or just a great scam, either way, they take your money but you won't get a product or a refund.

Avoid this company, they are just scammers! They claim to have stock that they don't have, issue false delivery dates, their inappropriately named customer service team do not reply, they don't take phone calls and having taken your money for a product they don't have or can't even provide they refuse to refund.
You have been warned, unless you have money to waste, this is no more than scam company who treat customers with contempt and then when people review on here they just cut and paste standard responses. Place an order, say goodbye to your money.

Item missing, no replies

One of the articles is comprised of a few pieces, and the main piece didn't come.
I tried talking to them but it's been a week and I have no answer.
After quite a few orders on the platform, I've had many stock-related annoyances. Nothing like this though.
It's inadmissible.

They did contact me, only to ask which item I was referring to (which was abundantly clear already through the previous email). I send them back a link and again explained the situation.
No further replies. Still missing the item and the money. I'll go spread the word further. Beware.

After spamming what's happened almost everywhere, I did get a reimbursement, and a confusing email asking me to return the item to get the reimbursement I already received. Ah well -- will update to two stars..

Delivery delayed, but refunded without problems.

While I was unhappy with some aspects of placing an order with Deporvillage, no doubt some of the issues I experienced were Brexit related. In the end, the delivery was refused and I was refunded the full price reasonably promptly, so I have little to complain about in the end.
What I would look out for are - check that the item is actually in stock and available for immediate dispatch before hitting that buy button - and check the pricing of the items against other websites.

I ordered a weight vest on the 11th Jan for more than twice the price it was listed on Amazon, but I decided to go ahead on the basis that at least they had it in stock. The next day, when it became clear that they in fact did not have it in stock, I attempted to cancel the order. They refused on the basis that the item was already prepared, yet their own tracking system shows that it was not handed to the courier until two days after I requested cancellation. It's now nearly two weeks since the order, and still no sign of it.
Of course the item I wanted is now available on Amazon for next day delivery at under half the price. I will be taking a lot of photos and receipts as I go through the returns process, that's for sure.

They emailed me saying there is a delay and it would be delivered on the 18/01/21, then delayed again and was told delivery would be today 20/01/21 and provided a tracking number which DHL have confirmed is not a real number. DHL tracked the parcel via my address and confirmed that my parcel has not only not been handed to them yet, but is still in Spain ! DeporVillage lied to me. The Deporvillage site shows my parcel as out for delivery ! ! ! How dishonest and disappointing. Used them before last year and all was ok, They have now resorted to lying.

You did send that email saying about the air courier & parcel dimensions, but then sent another mail informing me it would be delivered on 18/01/21 and even gave a Tracking number which was false ! You even sent me an email saying it is out for delivery ! I only found out it was not by contacting DHL who said you had not handed it to them yet. LIAR I am willing to post all communication on here on here for full transparency, ARE YOU ? ? ?
You have the audacity to ask to be excused for the inconvenience caused, how do I excuse your dishonest, bare faced, lies.
Regarding the current Deporvillage reply.
You have removed your original reply, because it was obvious a lie, in which you made up a ridiculous story about it being to heavy but you got DHL to take it ! ! ! but I still have the email and screenshots. You have not sent any mail privately and I will check if the parcel is at customs, which I doubt, seeing as you constantly lie. I would advise you that DHL are very helpful, very communicative,and to think carefully about your next lie. Your conduct is dishonest, unprofessional, and disgusting.

I have rec'd the order, it arrived on 18/02/202, a month late ! The order is no good for me now as I needed the shoes when I ordered them, that and the fact you gave false DHL tracking numbers. I am returning the order and expect a full refund including postage fees due to the return being caused by your failure to deliver within your specified delivery times, your blatant lies, and in accordance with EC Con­sumer Rights dir­ect­ive ap­plied to all mem­ber states in Europe with ef­fect from 13th June 2014 .

Despite all the negative reviews, I'm pretty pleased!

Despite all the negative reviews, I found my experience to be quite pleasant. Took a while for the product to be dispatched from the warehouse over a week (mainly because of the availability of the product from the supplier), but as soon as it was availabl, the shipping was super quick to arrive to Australia DHL.
Deporvillage are very competitive with prices for biking goods compared to other sites around, but communication isn't their best asset.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR THEIR 365 DAY REFUND PROMISE

I bought 2 identical wetsuits for my wife & daughter, one small, one extra small. Sizing is always tricky and while one fitted perfectly, the other needed a size bigger. I have tried calling (phone rings on hold for 10 minutes & then disconnects), emailing, and then (deep in the small print) it says, due to hygiene reasons we don't accept wetsuit returns. It doesn't say that when you buy... ANYWHERE where a customer might see it. I only want to swap one suit for another. The goods are in perfect condition- handled for 3 minutes. They’ be told me this is not possible. A swap?! Trying to find a return method on their website is also difficult. I have bought sports clothing from many companies for decades (I'm a Triathlete) and this is the worst customer service I've come across. DO NOT BUY FROM DEPORVILLAGE. Whatever the apparent bargain.

Please provide an outcome to your dispute with DHL.
I ordered a Kalkhoff bike which arrived on time. I took it for a test ride to the local park and was lucky enough not to suffer a serious injury when the derailleur got caught in the spokes when I was changing the gears. I got an advice from Deporvillage to get the bike fixed locally. I attempted that but the bike technician didn't manage to get the exact parts (model and colour). Also when the rear wheel was dismantled it appeared that the frame was damaged. I proceeded to claim a full refund from Deporvillage who replied saying that the bike was damaged due to my own fault and bike assembly. The bike arrived pre-assembled (apart from pedals and handle bar). The bike also arrived re-packed by DHL (stickers on the box saying exactly that). Thinking logically, the bike was either wrongly assembled by Deporvillage or damaged during delivery. I have received no further communication from Deporvillage. I since contacted my bank to proceed with cost recovery and I am getting a legal advice. Deporvillage Customer Service works only in their own interest not in the interest of customers. The ladies in the Customer Service Team have no decision making power and there is nobody else that this case could have been escalated too which is unheard of. I advise everyone NOT TO ORDER from this shop.
